These terms govern your use of amtocsoft (the "Service"), operated by SRV Investments LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

What amtocsoft is

amtocsoft is an online tool for building, saving, and exporting price estimates. It is a business tool, not professional advice.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
  • You may not share your account with others in a way that bypasses usage limits or payment.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraud or abuse.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access, alter, or damage the Service's systems or data.
  • Interfere with other users' use of the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.

Your content

  • You own the estimates and content you create. We store them only to provide the Service to you.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you put in your estimates.
  • We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

No professional advice

The Service and any guides or articles on the site are provided for general informational purposes only. Pricing, business, tax, legal, and insurance decisions are yours to make. Nothing on amtocsoft constitutes professional or licensed advice. For decisions with legal, tax, or financial consequences, consult a qualified professional.

Subscriptions and payment

  • Paid plans (if any) are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe).
  • You authorize recurring charges at the then-current rate until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions are honored at the current rate until renewal.

Service availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, amtocsoft and SRV Investments LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SRV Investments LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
