amtocsoft builds practical back-office tools for the people who keep the physical world running — the solo contractors, cleaners, landscapers, handymen, and mobile detailers who do the work and run the business, often single-handedly.
The problem we saw
Most trade businesses start the same way: someone is good at a skill, decides to go out on their own, and immediately drowns in the parts of the job that aren't the skill itself. Quoting. Invoicing. Chasing payment. Tracking what was said to whom.
The tools built for "small business" are often built for businesses with staff — multi-seat CRMs, bloated invoicing suites, software that assumes you have an office manager. They're overkill for a one-person operation, and the learning curve eats the time they're supposed to save.
Meanwhile, the alternative is a spreadsheet and a sticky note. Which works — until it doesn't.
What we're building
Simple, focused tools that solve one back-office problem at a time, well. The first is an estimate builder — clean, itemized, with live pricing math and one-click PDF export. No account needed to try it. No credit card. No onboarding call.
We're starting narrow on purpose: do one thing better than the spreadsheet, then expand to the next painful back-office task. Each tool earns its place by saving real time.

amtocsoft is operated by SRV Investments LLC. We're a small, focused team that believes good tools should be accessible — free to start, affordable to grow with, and never gated behind enterprise sales calls.
What we believe
- Simple beats comprehensive. A tool that does one thing well is worth more than a suite that does everything poorly.
- Free to start is non-negotiable. A solo trade deciding whether to try software shouldn't have to risk money first.
- Your data is yours. You can export it, delete it, and leave. We're not in the business of lock-in.
- Privacy is a feature. No advertising trackers, no selling your data, no surprise.
Our independence
We're independent and self-funded. No outside investors dictating features, no acquisition pressure, no ad-driven business model that misaligns our incentives with yours. We make money the old-fashioned way: you find the tool useful enough to pay for it.
